We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Dallas Designer Handbags. If you need to return an item, please follow our simple return policy guidelines:

For Online Orders:

You have five (5) days from the shipped date.

Ship the item back to us at Shop #61, Beverly Centre, Islamabad

For In-Store Purchases:

You have three (3) days from the purchase date to return the item at our store-front in its original condition with all tags attached.

To Be Eligible for a Refund:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Late Returns:

If, for some reason, you miss the return window, your item shall no longer be eligible for a refund. However, as a courtesy, we offer an alternative option for you to sell the item back to us at a mutually agreed-upon price. This way, you can recover a portion of your investment, even if a refund is no longer possible.

If you opt to sell the item back to Dallas Designer Handbags, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team. We're here to guide you through the process and assess your item's value with utmost care. Our commitment is to provide fair and competitive offers, taking into consideration both current market conditions and the pristine condition of the item.

Shipping Costs:

Taking care of the return shipping costs is typically the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made a mistake, like sending the wrong item or a damaged product. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll process your refund within two business days and issue it to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Damage After Purchase:

Dallas Designer Handbags is not responsible for any damage to items after purchase.

Excessive Returns Fee:To keep things fair for everyone, customers with a return rate of 70% or greater will be charged a 15% restocking fee (15% of the price of the returned item)

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. This return policy does not apply to Final Sale items.
